My Life is a story that’s still being told

My hope is in a glory that’s for more than my own

I hear the Father speak to me, I want to hear what you say

I hear the Father speak to me because that’s how I play this game

He said that wisdom is precious and to gain all that you gain

He said that faith is the moment when you learn how to stand

He said that love was a weapon that few comprehend yet nothing is stronger than the bonds of a friend

He said that sacrifice and pay the price don’t stop till you win

He said that crowns will be given to those who endure to the end

He said that victory as mean to be fought for with integrity

Castles in the sand never ever leave a legacy

Kings have been quoted but dogs only bark

The pathway is loaded so don’t ever lose heart

He said to question your motives if you’re lost in the dark and if you can’t find your way you need to start with a spark

You see hope for this life has been born in us


And a soldier their strength is in the truth he trusts


So boldly we go into this dark world


We stand up together and we see that He's our pearl


So boldly we stand for the love in our heart


So boldly we come and that's our spark


You see I see the situation that you’re facing Mr. 20 year old man


About to make decisions that will shape the way that you stand


Remember your dreams and develop your plan cause your life is like a knife and it's still in your hand


Time is of the essence if you surely don't stop


Too much pleasure too much pain now you surely will drop


Now fame is for the famous if you're really on top


But some will give their whole life to obtain what they're not


Take heed to the things that you learned as a tyke


You gotta conquer your fear just to ride on your bike


There are two paths to go by, the wrong and then there's the right


You can ride by the day or you can die by the night


See the earth is still filled with only two types of men


There's those that are real and then there's those who pretend


So make up your mind and choose for yourself your foes and your friends


If you ain't ready to fight then you ain't ready to win


You see hope for this life has been born in us and a soldier his strength is in the truth he trusts


The Lord he's ready oh he's ready to go


It'll cost you your life, your heart, and your soul
