Head: Your mind has to come to an understanding of who you are and who God is first. The Bible talks about developing your mind often. Head knowledge is very important, but don't stop with head knowledge.
Heart: Once your head has grasped the concept of Christ, true life change happens when it moves down to your heart. If the knowledge of Christ doesn't move to your heart and only stays in your head, you will most likely become religious and actually not know God at all. Example: The Pharisees.
Hands: After your mind understands Christ and your heart has been changed by the Gospel, it will lead to you serving others. You no longer use your hands for work that only benefits you, but you think of others.
It is an amazing thing to witness someone go through this process. I pray that students would not just come to church to learn about God, but that they would have their lives changed by Him. And then, when their lives are changed, I pray that they would work to help others experience that same life change.

A sure sign of sincere conversion is the desire to PAY IT FORWARD coupled with a real delight in seeing others come with us into His Presence to worship before His throne. Alleluia!
